Inspired by East African Chai blends as compared to your more common Masala Chai blends from India. The difference between the two is that East African Chai blends such as Ethiopian, Kenyan and Zanzibari have more ginger and less cinnamon as well as they tend to incorporated Anise seed though not as much as Egyptian and other North African Chai blends
